I work at a similar cybersecurity company and I can almost guarantee this is the case. Company policy will be to put an AV on everything, and the CSO/procurement always prefer a one size fits all solution so they only have to deal with

I had a friend who worked up in Alert while he was in the air force. It may be one of the most remote places on the map, it's essentially an out grown air force base/research station, there would be nothing there if not for the co

I'll wait for more information before ditching Google Cloud, but this will certainly speed up getting a fall-back/migration plan together for what we've got on the service.

"Gun Owner" is a way people self identify and cling to in a very irrational way. At least I assume that's what they are talking about.

Yeah Canadian driving culture is surprisingly hostile. Even here in New Brunswick where people are stereotyped as slow old drivers that stop to let pedestrians to cross we had people openly posting on social media about wanting to crash int

We've been doing this with my son here in Canada for the past 3 months. It's pretty scary, but after having multiple people with peanut allergies tell me they wish they could have had this we've hammered down on it. There hav

Very similar experience with my son. We gave him a bamba (an Israeli peanut snack) at 6 months and he had an anaphylactic reaction. Very scary! However, we did get to see an allergist and have been doing OIT (like in the article) with him f

I find it interesting that someone would think that. Where I grew up in Atlantic Canada they're really common, if a bit old fashioned. They also came up in Boy Scouts a lot. Basically a go to culinary tool for old ladies and young outd
