As Throwaway stated all fabs are offline. The office portions are online but moving data in and out of the fab is pure sneaker net. You realize how much of a complete joke airport security is once you have gone through the security gauntlet

It is a least squares fit of sine waves. (A^T)A = I because sines are orthogonal. Use Euler's eqn to convert e^jw into sin + cos and just work through the algebra.
