I never said I expected them to accept a court order without verification. Simply that there should not be discretion on their part if proper estate documents are presented. They have made it clear that they have discretion, so the account

Throwaway account just to post this. Of course the Feds will have access to whatever they deem necessary even if it takes them time to get the pieces in place. It's the users who ultimately lose the most. I'm learning the hard way
