That was my first thought to but skimmed it and sounded like there might be some uses for it. Then reached the link at the bottom "this font was built using only AFDKO tools" and immediately thought that AFD stood for "April Fools Day", I h

Various games do it differently. For example Doom3 last i I heard has head/body/aim movement the same while Hawken will be separate. Some games like ArmA currently have ability to separate crosshairs from view when using something like Trac

Same functionality as right-clicking and choosing New Tab. This limitation occurs when there is either no href value for a link or some other element being used as a clickable element, in both cases the action can only occur with a javascri

Actually I think that is what a lot of systems are moving towards... a real-time outliner/wiki. I use WorkFlowy with others to manage releases and other information and with just a couple multi-user oriented feature it would match your desc

I would have found the reverse creative as well--something similar to the release of portal 2. Have some actions on facebook by many people lower a robotic arm to press the button.

This is actually done by public radio/media in the US. They have had a lot of coverage of the factories recently--probably because a radio reported negative information a couple months ago that turned out to be falsified.

I'm just viewing this as a proof of concept. If this works for uploading photos then it could work for anything tieing a bump profile to a website. For example now people use facebook to login to various sites. What if you could just bump y

Good idea. I've also thought about this for data entry/analysis type tasks. It is fully expected that a worker on any level won't be perfect, especially on these types of services. An approach I've considered is to have have 3 workers do th

I remember when the stories about Afra getting certified came out years ago. Regardless of some comments on HN about her accomplishments being over-hyped, I think we can all agree that she had a bright future and her death is tragic.
