To be completely honest - my memory for films is terrible, so I struggle to remember why I loved many of these. Also, many of them take unexpected twists and to say why I loved them so much risks ruining part of the surprise. I've watc

Absolutely not true. I had an iPhone 1, a 3GS and more recently a 13. After a while with the 13, I have switched back to Android (Pixel 6). Issues I had: - Irritating keyboard behaviour (autocorrect, having to manually add custom words) - I

I really wish more of these PaaS solutions would offer UK regions - it's a big issue for us compliance-wise and means we can't use a lot of them. Render.com seems to be one solution - and we're currently using Cloud66 with ou

I understand the negative reaction, but I'm not sure I agree with the following: >Dear original post author, you really need to start doing something that you enjoy or that motivates you. You can also try to structure your life in a

No idea, but I wonder if squatting on the most popular misspelt domains, to serve malware/whatever? e.g. facebool.com or similar, presumably there's an interesting distribution of similar misspellings.

The DJI system is the state of the art consumer unit basically. With the caddx unit it's especially small (to fit on smaller quads): https://www.quadcopters.co.uk/dji-hd-digital-fpv/iflight-suc... The silver box a

Even the latest Tesla only reaches ~1.5G - not even that. G-LOC won't happen until 5 or 6, so I think we're a way off yet!

Any examples? I love the show but never followed Simon, and now I'm curious.

I disagree with this, but I know where you're coming from. I don't think it's slow necessarily, but it's very disorientating (especially at first). Because of this, the whole first season can fail to make any sense, and

I have also made the switch. I do notice a few irritations that I struggle to remember off the top of my head, but a big one recently with the Android app is the lack of support for password managers (at least LastPass)

Maybe no statement as such, but at the very least the move to non-user-upgradeable hardware feels like such a move. For me personally, the ability to upgrade RAM and storage, and graphics card on a desktop are central to a professional work

Same issue for me with the screen. It's been meticulously cared for and only ever wiped with a clean damp microfibre and there's small micro scratches, as well as marks from what I assume is it resting on the keys whilst closed. I

I'm from the UK and was unaware of this method (trunk road to town/city after destination). Is there somewhere I can read about this in more detail? Thanks!

Exactly my feeling. I've been pondering a couple of recent negative interview experiences and felt this was my main issue. For any normal issue/work/feature/whatever, I'll have a few hours/days to ponder it and

Actually, the dissertation project was my only experience with the field. Although I read some of NKS at the time, it's a distant memory and so I wouldn't be able to say!

Turing's papers on the subject formed part of the research for my dissertation project, which culminated in a Matlab simulation of the skin patterns he described with inhibitors/activators. I recently converted it to JS and also R

You did the same thing I did I imagine. The regexcrossword.com link has a small mistake: [^PZVJG]{4}(.)[EFUG]{6}(.)[^\sPZVJI]{2} should be [^PZVJG]{4}(.)[EFUG]{6}\1[^\sPZVJI]{2} (note the \1 )
