As an Interviewer I had a similar experience a while ago, there was a large language barrier with the candidate that was utterly obliterated once collaborating on code.

I think it's more due to the volume of ancient systems out there that do not & will not support added security measures. Visa 3d secure is popular now though.

yes, exactly that, drag an xml file into excel, choose "generate a schema", then you can drag and drop fields from your nested structure, parent records will be repeated intelligently for nested sub-records.
