I feel you are justified, but I also suspect you could do yourself a favour by remembering that the interview process is a two-way street. Are you asking enough, or good enough questions before accepting offers? For the right company be up-front about your reason for leaving, as long as both parties know the role is sufficiently rewarding I doubt you would be classed a flight risk.
