There hasn’t been a single death in Hong Kong. The same can’t be said about the current protests in Iraq, Sudan, Indonesia, and Kashmir.

I would bet their wish would be to have the power to sanction a country and then forbid any other country from doing business with them. Even going as far as being able to arrest foreign executives that break those sanctions.
