I would like to see the hiring process like this. 1st interview - Go over the role etc, both parties ask question to see if they are a good fit. If both parties are happy to move to the next stage then there is a take home exercise to do. T

Social Media has turned into one of humanities worst creations. I don't understand how any developer can work in that industry with a clear conscience. It is ethically and morally bankrupt. IMO you would be doing less damage to society
