Just cut off access entirely. No pay? No heat/AC. Nest should do this across their whole product line. For Dropcam, No pay? We're gonna put your house up as a live feed for others to watch. Including Nest protect. No pay? No smoke

I, also, am 100% nest (four thermostats). I, also, would never pay 10$/month/thermostat for this service. I am not shitting on nest here, but I will say there are others out there now who are as or more intelligent though definite

Its a slight variation since Adams was careful to not use the word free speech, so they can't use that particular tact (twitter is private, you don't have any right to free speech, read the constitution somtime!).

The problem is that twitter doesn't display their feed as "twitter opinion," nor does facebook. When I go to the new york times or a similar publication's works I understand that I'm getting a biased to their POV fe

Agreed. I have conversations with a lot of people about politics, even though where I live it puts me sometimes into uncomfortable positions and I'm sure I've lost customers or other business opportunities due to it. The people su

I read all of the tweets back-and-forth between milo and leslie jones (and I would encourage anyone to do the same). Now, I do like milo (I find him hilarious), and I'm not such a fan of jones but I do understand he exists to be a prov

100% agreed on facebook. TV is more complex, I can definitely waste lots of time trying to figure out what to watch, but, having a pre-made playlist of lots of fluffy TV (think 40+ seasons of law&order reruns all mixed up) provides a go

A lot of providers do have 'fixed' portions of costs, so, it won't be quite 1/2 or 1/3rd. It may, at scale, be like 100% (one provider), 55%+55% (two) and 40%+40%+40% (three). Still eminently affordable.

From what I know of the situation (don't trust me, I'm not going to offer citations or sources), this attack wasn't particularly large in terms of gigabits/second. It was, however, very large in terms of economic impact.

approval rating is different than favorability, which was what I meant (I should have used the more specific term). In any event, if she's elected, she will have 4 years to drop below 30%, its an easy goal.
