Stability is great, never had any issues either. Really it’s the frequent package updates. Instead of applying security updates as needed, you are constantly updating all packages as they are released. Depending on what your server does, th

I’ve been bitten quite a few times by Testing so I run stable now. Even the current stable is fairly “new” so I don’t even mind.

I dislike Ubuntu for the same reasons and I can recommend two paths: For environments where you expect and appreciate stability- Debian. Hands down. Your initial feel is going to be like a leaner Ubuntu with a few extra steps (non free driv

Lot of lines became pretty blurry in the recent few decades. Lots of business target the “off time”. Lots of companies offer or run non-traditional schedules where employees are off on “work days”. And finally, saying “we’re closed for the

Hi, What I meant was the special security feature that Apple introduced last year (I think, all the years feel the same since 2020…). You can opt out of any “apple-assisted support” for account recovery and you receive 28char unlock key to

Does anyone know if this is the case when you have the Recovery codes set up? Another idea, what about Legacy contact? I’d not be ashamed to “use it in any way possible” to re-gain access to something that was stolen from me.

I have no reason to think so. Imo, we lucked out on timing, higher temperatures, no precipitation and shorter duration. As far as I know, operators can still just pay some ridiculously small fine for not being ready.
