Just curious, when you ran dd, did you also increase the block size? I usually do bs=1M My real world experience with MX500 is pretty well aligned with: https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Samsung-870-Evo-250GB-...

Something’s up with the benchmarks. MX500 should perform significantly better than it has. I’m using several of MX500 and get sustained write close to 390MB/s and read around 440MB/s. My purchase decision was derived from direct

Is it known if Diana was waxed and/or boosted? I was fully up to date when I got my first covid and it still took a serious toll on me. Hope she recovers :(

I can attest to this. You don’t even have to avoid all carbs. Just cut out sweet sugary stuff and things will start tasting sweeter. It works with salt too.

I just got one of the expected “stalking” AirTag notifications from my wife’s tag and I can confirm there is NO option to silence it for more than a day. I was one of the rather early AirTag adopters so I’ll go ahead and unpair it and re-ad

How can you share AirTag through family? I never found that option. All AirTags are being treated like individual unshared devices.

This post points out one of my struggles with python. I am not a python developer but I use python heavily for some tooling. So all I need to do is to “distribute” my tools to other servers in a replicable and consistent matter, isolated fr
