I’m sorry to hear this. I purchased one for my mom who had largely lost the ability to speak along with the use of her dominant arm. This was the only effective way we were able to communicate remotely.

Been looking through the Vail annual reports. In FY 2010 Season/Epic passes were 35% of ticket revenue, FY 2019 it was 47%, FY 2021 61%. I think your theory has legs.

I think he's implying that a citizen might be the beneficiary of police not strictly enforcing rules. For example, being issued a warning rather than a citation. I personally don't find that to be an especially compelling argument
