I don't think there's any real debate that eating whole, unprocessed foods, mostly plants, is the best thing you can do for your diet.

I was in a Gifted and Talented program and it was by far the worst thing I ever did in school. 3 years of being told I was special completely sapped my motivation to do anything difficult. At 30 I'm just now learning -- after coasting
