The one thing I like about any engineering and sales position is that you just can't lie about your skills, you can either build or sell something or you can't. There is no bullshit you can create at least within the organisation.

So the gist of it is keep practising atleast once or twice a week and more so when you have interviews. And for the rest of the time, learn things that interests you. Right?
