I hope Nvidia comes along and scoops up Altera. That will show Intel a lesson.

When Intel does something like this, it reveals how tight their operating margin is. This is not a good sign. Intel has never been able to push away from the fact that they'll always be a hardware first company. It's a very tight

This was actually a bright-spot in Intel's lineup that had a chance to be a moonshot. I don't know why Intel is giving up this early especially when AMD acquired Xilinx recently. Is intel trying to emulate Nvidia? I don't thi

How many 9's would that be? Should it be miles/interventions or miles/incidents? I would think a better scoring system should be based upon human interventions.

No, Nvidia just found themselves in a lucky situation. They were already building GPUs mainly for gaming. Crypto then came along and swiped up a bunch of GPUs. When the self mining craze somewhat waned the AI craze started as the boundaries

You have a good point there. I understand that citizenship is tracked at the federal level and not the state level; although the federal government relies on local county records to prove status. The system requires an overhaul and the stat

Why is the US not tracking all these humans? Count them in the census, let them pay taxes, get them all legal protections under US law. Let them fight to stay in this country with productivity. I'm pretty sure they'll want to leav

Prompt: Text-to-CAD, read this website full of building codes and generate 10 different floorplans that satisfy all requirements. Response: Sorry, there are codes that counteracts other building codes.

A machine should be able to interpret topographic lines and generate an architectural floor plan that minimizes cut and fill.

The gateway to 3d cad is a properly functioning 2d cad system. At least, that’s how I view 3d. At the very least, the tool should be able to do additive and subtractive operations (boolean). Union, add, subtract, intersect, etc.

I think that target consumer you’re referring to have moved on from modded Integras, Civics, RSXs, and GR86/BRZ Rice Rockets to Tesla Model 3s. You certainly get more HPs/lbft torque for the buck and you don’t even need to tune it

B&O will have to build hand carved (wooden) or CNC milled electronics that borders on art. Hopefully the’ll incorporate upgradeable CPUs or microcontrollers then to really make it timeless. I can possibly see a direction there.

This is true in reality but a bad model to build a business on especially if it’s an electronics company. What Apple did is difficult to emulate and brands like Hermes and LV have stuck to craftsmanship and scarcity. B&O used to be a fe
