I’ve never really looked into Linux laptops, so excuse my ignorance on the topic, but can’t you just install Linux on any Windows laptop? I don’t see the point in Linux focused laptops, so please enlighten me

Holding this opinion seems kind of absurd. It’s quite easy to put trust in reputable password managers like 1Password and Bitwarden.

Electron does potentially have some security implications. Although, as others have pointed out, the 1Password development team likely has enough knowledge and manpower to keep up.
