Completely tangential but I had no idea (what I assume to be remnants of) FreeBSD's pf firewall is included, and works, in standard MacOS.

Where is the UN in all of this? Nowhere to be seen. Ukraine has been met with incredible support from the west and all over the world (and that's a good thing! I am in support of Ukraine too). But where is the support for the Uyghurs?

My friends (we're in our 20s), also share the same disgust for snapchat's discover page.

There seems to be a very very clear disconnect between Tesla car's actual capabilities, their marketing claims, and the stuff they say to cover their asses legally.

Generally, yes. But some guides or tutorials don't respect this convention and use any number of chars including the author's own personal prompt. (I see `>` used often too).

The "usability" thing is quite frankly, bullshit. Sandboxed play services is quite literally play services you're allowed to deny permissions to, it offers way more compatibility than microg which replaces play services with

Wow. This is insanely shitty if you ask me. I can't think of any non-malicious reason why it's done this way. I recommend using vaultwarden instead to self-host bitwarden: https://github.com/dani-garcia/vault

I'm an avid hater of systemd, but I've come around to kind of just accept that it'll never go away. It is a shame, but I think it's "won".

I used to recommend heads instead of tails but now I can't do that anymore seeing as the latest update to their git repos was way back in march 2019. It needs an update desperately, but I think it's abandonware at this point.

Never understood the need for these kinds of terminal file managers. I played around with Ranger back in the day, it was fun. But I always went straight back to standard CLI Unix tools - ls, cp, mv, etc. I just find I don't need a grap
