Two things can be broken. But people who choose to be unvaccinated are imposing themselves as an added burden on society, and are acting selfish, though they're not even doing that because they're failing to protect themselves too

Here in Canada, weed's been fully legal for several years, and our society has yet to crumble. It's been legal for medical use since 2001. It's pretty similar to alcohol in regulation. More places (including the US federally)

The deferred resource cleanup is really the thing I wish the most was in C. I know that it's relatively un-"C-like", but having to make sure to clean up objects on failure is one of the more annoying things that make my code

Comic books are definitely culture. It's art and story-telling. They're at least as worthy of the title as any other book they might buy. Sure, broadening their culture horizons would be good, if it was easy to enforce spending it

This gives me hope for Canada, where I am, won't face too many issues even as we slowly start to tick up from the bottom since major reopening happened, allowing indoor dining etc. In the last week, we've passed the UK in number o

This is part of why I refuse to buy one of their VR headsets. I'll get a Valve Index if I can justify the expense at some point, but I won't get a Quest.

I hate to be pessimistic, but I'm sure this would lead to situations where dummy companies are set up for registering the patent, and are then acquired by the patent troll, with all those assets.

I'd call the current title of this post blatantly wrong. In common use, "emotional arousal" and "arousal" have very different meanings.

I'd argue that if you're using it, you trust it. Otherwise you wouldn't use it. This seems a lot better than just letting the internet provider give a regular DNS.

This is why I only use old.reddit.com. If they ever stop providing the old Reddit, I doubt I'll keep using it. Sure the old one isn't perfect, but I find the new one borderline unusable, even on a modern laptop. There's a fur

We need nuclear to bridge the gap, and actually let us phase out coal. Yet there's so much fearmongering over it. It's killed far fewer people than coal per energy unit, but people still freak out about it. I'm Canadian, and

I don't know, so this is a genuine question, but is that a safety-critical part in that case? If it's not it's still not ideal, you want to make sure that your parts will happily survive the car's environment, but it
