Yea this should work because the license merely says it must be on Mac hardware and given that you're not letting everyone share/use the computer like AWS the new restrictions won't really matter.

No, you make the data collection illegal and with liability like it appears Canada already did hence why this company is in trouble with regulators. Data should be legally made in to toxic waste we all know it should be treated as.

You can already use NFC and Lightning yubikeys on your iPhone. On iPad Pro there are issues using USB-C still in my experience. Being able to use FaceID on there now will be nice.
