Theoretical workaround: use autohotkey to input data to the web interface in chunks, then download and parse the .html when it's done for clean output. Possibly against their TOS though. API would be easier.

Depending on your studies, there may be decks of pre-made cards covering similar content. Try some searching around or search the ankiweb decks https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks/ Though, in my experience using both
