Thank you for the nuance! I suspected that it was much easier to actually get the housing built but wasn't clear on the migration flows. Either way it seems like housing prices started to decline spring 2022, about 1 year after the mas

I am beyond overjoyed that a city somewhere (Austin) did the stupid simple thing and simply added a bunch of housing when prices went up. You can clearly see the graphs, where after 2020, prices shoot up, then housing starts shoot up, then

I use the basic garmin chest strap. It transmits continuously and supports things like HRV, which I suspect is a secondary high data rate mode.

How long do you expect it to take? Related: I've been trying to get my electric company to register the meters they installed in August so I can get billed properly. It's been months of back and forth. I just want to pay them mone

It's funny how you mostly just notice the objects you're familiar with. If you look at the prop auctions you see all kinds of "regular objects" integrated into props and sets. Sometimes the really obvious ones mean that

In isolation I'd think of it as cute turn of phrase, but I've heard it about a dozen times unironically using 'terraforming' in place of 'landscaping.' I think you could artfully call Las Vegas a terraforming p

Maybe Earth will be uninhabitable someday and we'll have to terraform it then, but today what you're calling terraforming is just called 'landscaping.'
