I wonder if the founders considered serving the B2B market, rather than B2C audiences. Corporates are more likely to appreciate the 'hospitality' service, and less likely to be price sensitive. (I've no doubt they did conside

Automating cold outreach emails. I organise an event for people who run agencies in London (www.agencysummit.co.uk). I use bots to find relevant people on LinkedIn, and then pay somebody on Fiverr to find their email addresses. Then, I put

Somebody told me that at Lloyds Bank, the core standing order system is still written in pounds, shillings and pence. There's just a translation routine sitting on top of it.

Why doesn't somebody make an app that makes it easy to start (and run) a union?

Yes, exactly that – the voices started out whispering, but would culminate in rage. Interesting, I wonder if there's a name for this.

I expected the article to cover this, but it doesn't. I suspect they call a number from two lines simultaneously, causing it to reach voicemail.

When my previous employer sent me my offer letter and contract, they'd already signed it on their side. I simply crossed out the non compete clause, signed it and returned it. I don't think they even noticed.

I started holding talks for independent agency owners (www.agencyhackers.co.uk). It brings in about £200 a month, from an 'agency roundtable' that I run. That's not much obviously – it only just covers ConvertKit subscription
