Well for one thing, different currencies have different rates of inflation. If one currency has 10% inflation and another has 1%, the second countries bonds at 5% will have a higher real return than the first, even if the risk of defaulting

I'm pretty sure 1st and 4th are the ones GP meant. The 1st amendment (free speech) in order to protect the right to host the service in the first place and the 4th one (unreasonable search and seizure) to protect against surveillance.

I might be wrong in my reading, but i read the article as stating that while all french gold is now in France, some of that gold is still below modern standards, not that there still remains any gold in the USA.
