3. Enjoy yourself for the next few months. Catch up with family, go travelling, take up a new hobby, whatever... If you have the luxury to forget about income, do something to develop yourself, clear your head. Work will always be there.

This is brilliant, for commercial Airbnb operators. Depending on who you are that might be good or bad, but I won't wade into the debate :) I did a more basic analysis when looking at the most profitable Airbnb cities a few months back
