- scott_karana 11y agoI suspect most people would just comply without realizing they're able to decline. Particularly if they're in a foreign airport.
- davmre 11y agoI'd imagine you're always free to leave, in a legal sense, at the cost of missing your flight. The airline's ability to deny boarding gives you a strong incentive to cooperate.
