how do you guys feel about .. how much equity first employee should receive with little to no pay, as sort of like a side project ?
- jimboyoungblood 17y agoif there's no pay, that's not an employee- that's a founder.
- olefoo 17y agoSomeone whom you aren't paying and aren't treating as a cofounder is a risk not an asset.
