"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." My guess is that one of the police computers is infected, but it shouldn't be too hard to install this malware on a VM and see where it phones home.
- adventured 12y agoIt's a worthless phrase unless you have some understanding of the likelihood of malice based on whom you're dealing with. If you're dealing with malicious people, then that phrase completely loses its already low value.
