After reading this article, I thought of gifting Dr. Wayne Hayes' ice vest to a friend. I googled Hayes and I found his website: http://coldshoulderweightloss.com http://coldshoulderweightloss.com.
I found his website shockingly bad. I wonder how anyone could buy a personal care product from a website that looks like that.
It's surprising how web presence can still be taken for granted. Especially when their website is a point of sale for their product.
- lambda 12y agoWait, a magical new weight-loss scheme based on some seemingly counterintuitive yet simple principal might be a scam? What a shock! Why this junk is on the top of the HN front page I don't know.
- termain 12y agoPerhaps because it's not counterintuitive? Staying warm in a cold environment must require the consumption of energy.
