I still fail to see how this kind of thing avoids violating the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.
- judk 12y agoThe Constitution is full of weasel words like "due" and reasonable".
- adventured 12y agoIt does violate the US Constitution. They simply don't care that it does, and there is nobody left to stop them. The US has an increasingly extra-legal, extra-constitutional government. What consequences have there been to the vast violations, lying to Congress, law breaking in the spying programs? None, and there never will be. That's a system beyond any decent rule of law.
