How did you find an agreement for your SAaS product?
Did you hire a lawyer? Is there an open source one that I can use? I assume most of this stuff is pretty boilerplate.

- yahelc 12y agoWarning on using their TOS: They include this sentence: > If you’re actually reading this, here’s a treat. https://wordpress.com/tos/treat/ https://wordpress.com/tos/treat/ I failed to notice it (but had Find-and-replaced the domain), and got an agitated email from a user complaining that my "treat" link was broken. Needless to say, I was confused.
