- adventured 12y agoThe airline companies will be immune to such. That's always part of the racket.
- iancarroll 12y agoAs I understand it, you will only be fined contractually as part of a card acceptance agreement, so the government can't be charged.
- SilasX 12y agoBut since the government accepts electronic payment cards ...
- iancarroll 12y agoI'm pretty sure there's a scope to those agreements.
