How can you say it's a Western thing when places like Singapore have fines for not flushing the toilet?
- scott_karana 12y ago1) Fines aren't criminal offenses 2) I suspect that there are more valid reasons to leave a child in a car, compared to reasons to not flush. That said, the consequences are greater in the case of potential child neglect.
