I too wonder this. I assume runnable, jsfiddle, plnkr, etc. make money somehow, but I've always been curious as to how? I love the services and really appreciat

  We are bringing down the unit economics of running the site to keep it up affordably. Apart from that, Runnable will continue to operate as a free service for developers.   In the case of jsfiddle almost everything runs on the client, so the operating cost should be relatively low.
