- pbhjpbhj 17y agoIf they get kids sexting over it then they could be held for having indecent images of a minor and for distribution of same.
- sho 17y agoWouldn't the normal laws governing user-uploaded content protect them, though? As long as they were at least somewhat responsive deleting offending content when it was reported, of course.
- pbhjpbhj 17y agoThey can argue they're a common carrier, sure, but I don't think that's going to fend off the police from seizing their servers and it might not get them through court either.
