Yeah, they were going out of their way there. I recall one time on 95-S in MD there were four or five cars. One guy at the front with radar radioing back. The others were literally just waving everyone the first officer tagged to the side of the road. I just kept on driving. They weren't interested in chasing... with so many people volunteering for tickets, there was no need. Strangest setup I've ever seen for ticketing.
