If everything you said is true (profitable, doubling each year, no end in sight), I think you'd be crazy to sell in the current market. Since the goal is to reduce risk, why not just sell a partial stake in your company? With interest from multiple buyers, you can probably get a lot more than the 5x if you make them bid against one another. But of course, if the price is right, just sell. If I were in your shoes, that threshold would be around $50MM.
