I hate not understanding the politics of an organization and community I depend on so much. I dislike not knowing how to feel about all this. I can't help but be exasperated that the concept of an "open company" is not more common for such critical infrastructure as GitHub. I'm frustrated that I can't simply peer into all these private interactions and social exchanges and chat logs and make my own judgment
