This is probably totally OT, but on the subject of women in CS and other STEM fields/professions: It seems like - while I'm sure the numbers like payscale and demographics probably still heavily favor male vs. female, looking around, you see pretty accomplished women in leadership positions - Jennifer Widom, Daphne Koller, heck you can even cite Ginny Rometti. Why don't we ever hear from/about them?
