I've got to imagine the availability of cheap and fast broadband influences property values in a given area. I've seen numbers like $5k thrown around; I'm tempted to think it's more like $10k-$30k. When you multiply that amount by the number of homeowners in the country, that's a lot of potential influence. How could it be leveraged to improve broadband?
