Had to check that: it is NOAA data (http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/isd/ http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/isd/), not NSA data. The NSA tries hard to be a one way street; it reads a lot, but does not publish much.
