We've hit the limit of how far you can scale down lithography however.
- marcosdumay 13y agoSorry, but I don't belive that. We are still using light, for a start. We've ended More's law, and we are on the limit on how small we can create a usefull MOSFET. But there's still margin to improve, it's "just" harder now.
