- seanmcdirmid 13y agoMicrosoft was built around a BASIC interpreter coded by billg himself! But more to the point, Apple doesn't even really uphold open source values either, so regardless of whether they are right or not, it doesn't make sense to ding Microsoft and not Apple.
- phaer 13y agoThat's true, there should be more a stronger anti-apple sentiment on this site because restricting the freedom of your users is against hacker ethics. I am only half-joking here, but I agree with the OP that flagging just because you don't like the company is unfair and, personally I just don't up-vote those submissions.
