I found Q2 section 3 about "An American peasant, so poor that he had no food to eat, was forced to go to odd jobs for a local rich person" somewhat funny/interesting. I would have like to see the questions associated with that prompt.
- antiismist 17y agoI think it was a passage in Chinese that needed to be translated into English.
- AndrewO 17y agoIt looks like this blogger was able to pass that part of the exam! Kinda funny when you think about it: he actually _did_ the assignment while trying to figure out what the assignment was in the first place...
- andreyf 17y agoHah, it seems silly when it's about Americans, but I remember having a bit of a jingoistic world history high school teacher (in America) who upset me very much...
- TheSOB88 17y agoThis sort of person does exist, though it seems they would rather walk the streets jingling cylinders than seek employment.
- AndrewO 17y agoWe don't have peasants in America! We're a capitalist workers' paradise... I for one would hope that the CCP would paint a more balanced picture of the dynamics of class relations in the US! ;)
