There's nothing more disturbing than openness about finances and runway than a CEO that suddenly clams up. Or maybe that is actually very informative.
- seanmcdirmid 13y agoWhat is not said is often more important than what is said. A good employee will learn how to read their CEO that way even if they aren't very transparent.
