At my country it's also over-utilized, yet, you often see cars going slow, and then you do stop, for no reason, that can't be good for the little throughput you have left.
It won't fix it then, but it should help.
- seanmcdirmid 13y agoWhen your entire commute is stop and go, I don't see much hope in merely retraining the drivers. Self driving cars, on the other hand, can really optimize how limited capacity is utilized in developing countries like china (stuck in traffic right now in Beijing, which is way too normal here).
