- eshvk 13y agoWhat surprises you here? This is standard operating procedure for most startups, including the 'hip' ones that write navel gazing bullshit.
- n1ghtmare_ 13y agoYeah unfortunately it seems to be a standard these days its kinda ridiculous if you ask me. I'm pretty sure I'd give them a special finger after the second interview, but that's just me.
- pnathan 13y agoThat's actually really standard across the board. 1-3 phone interviews, 1 day of on-site, occasionally a couple hours worth of coding problem.
