Cold and foggy. Sunset used to be called "fog bank" and was renamed The Sunset to get people to move out there. Also very inconvenient with regards to transportation. Our dev ops guy claimed it was faster to drive into SoMa from Marin City than taking the N from ocean beach.
- timr 13y agoIt's actually not that foggy in the fall and winter. It's mostly the spring and summer that suck, when the bay area air conditioning system is running full bore. But then...the rest of the city is pretty foggy in the summer, too.
