    It’s hard to tell whether this creature has arms or tentacles, or both. Octopuses have both. Also, 7-arm octopuses are still called ‘octopuses’. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cephalopod_arm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cephalopod_arm
