We should have specialists in communication, and pay them a bucketload. They could also learn all those people skills. They'll effectively be managing the projects, so we can call them the project managers.
Would that solve the problem?
- marcosdumay 14y agoWell, unless the project manager is a "professional" as in the article, yes, it would solve the problem.
- jeroen94704 14y agoNo, because they are not technical specialists, and they rely on the technical people to tell them what is and is not feasible, and why, and how much effort something requires.
